There are 2 options:

1. To be a member of the club which is already CAUS member. You are automatically CAUS member.
2. To send us filled application and to pay the membership fee.

How to become a CAUS member

Fill the application, print and sign it and send the original on the address Sekretariat ČAUS (Zátopkova 100/2, 169 00 Praha 6). For validation of your membership you have to pay the 200 CZK fee to CAUS bank account number: 1730205504/0600, where you have to add to the text of the payment:

• name and surname
• sport, in which you will represent at the FISU/EUSA events /or name of the university league you play (UBL, UFL, UFuL, UFoL, ULLH, UVL)
